Membership, Partnership, Licensing, Refund & Cancellation Terms

Monthly memberships and partnerships are billed automatically each month until canceled.

You may cancel at any time before your next billing date to prevent the next monthly charge.

After cancellation, you will continue to have access to Earth Resonance through the end of the billing period you have already paid for. No additional recurring charges will be made after your cancellation becomes effective.

Payments already processed for the current billing period are generally non-refundable and are not prorated for unused time.

Annual memberships and partnerships are paid in advance for a full 12-month term.

Annual payments are generally non-refundable once the membership or partnership term has begun.

If you choose not to continue for another year, you may cancel your renewal before your next annual billing date. You will continue to have access through the remainder of the annual term you have already purchased.

Founding memberships and partnerships purchased before the official Earth Resonance launch on November 6, 2026 include early access to Return to Stillness.

The official paid membership or partnership term begins November 6, 2026.

If a Founding Member or Founding Partner requests cancellation before November 6, 2026, and before accessing paid Earth Resonance member content, we will provide a full refund upon request.

Once paid member content has been accessed or the official membership or partnership term has begun, the standard refund and cancellation terms above apply.

Standard organizational and hospitality partnerships are licensed per participating location.

Cancellation of a partnership ends future access for that location at the conclusion of the applicable paid billing period.

Earth Resonance content, private links, member access and licensed experiences may not be publicly posted, redistributed, copied, shared with unrelated organizations or locations, sublicensed or otherwise distributed outside the participating location.

Additional locations require their own partnership unless a separate multi-location or enterprise agreement has been established in writing.

An active organizational or hospitality partnership permits Earth Resonance experiences to be presented as standalone Earth Resonance programming for the licensed location’s guests, residents, clients, participants, members or staff.

Earth Resonance may be presented through televisions, projectors, headphones, home theater systems, surround sound systems and other appropriate playback systems available at the licensed location.

Earth Resonance experiences must remain identifiable as Earth Resonance programming and may not be represented as content created or owned by the participating organization or another individual.

Earth Resonance content may not be incorporated into, used as a visual or audio backdrop for, bundled with, modified for, synchronized with or presented as part of a third-party practitioner’s class, sound bath, meditation, yoga session, performance, workshop, retreat or other paid or commercial offering without prior written authorization from Earth Resonance / Anahata Sacred Sound.

A standard organizational or hospitality partnership does not grant third-party practitioners, facilitators, performers or contractors the right to incorporate Earth Resonance into their own services or offerings.

Live Earth Resonance experiences featuring Anahata Beatspeaker are separately commissioned offerings and are not included within a standard organizational or hospitality partnership unless expressly stated in writing.

All Earth Resonance films, cinematography, field recordings, sound design, healing sound recordings, branding, graphics, audio, video and other creative materials remain the intellectual property of their respective rights holder, including Earth Resonance / Anahata Sacred Sound where applicable.

Membership or partnership provides a limited right to access and use Earth Resonance content according to the applicable membership or partnership terms. It does not transfer copyright, ownership or intellectual property rights.

Earth Resonance content may not be copied, downloaded except where expressly authorized, modified, reproduced, redistributed, resold, sublicensed, publicly posted or represented as another person’s or organization’s work.

Standard organizational and hospitality partnerships do not include the right to sell admission specifically to an Earth Resonance screening, exhibition, performance or other ticketed public presentation.

Ticketed events, public exhibitions, immersive venue presentations and other commercial exhibition uses require separate written authorization or licensing from Earth Resonance.

Terms for Site-Specific Earth Resonance commissions, custom productions, property films, live experiences and residencies are established separately in writing according to the scope of each project.

Unless expressly transferred through a separate written agreement, commissioning a custom Earth Resonance experience does not transfer ownership of the Earth Resonance brand, production methodology, underlying intellectual property or other pre-existing Earth Resonance materials.

Because Earth Resonance provides access to digital experiences and licensed content, payments are generally non-refundable once access has been provided.

We understand that unusual circumstances can happen. If you believe you were charged in error, experienced a duplicate charge or have another exceptional circumstance, please contact us. We will review legitimate requests individually and work toward a fair resolution.

If Earth Resonance is unable to provide a service or access that you have paid for, we may provide an appropriate refund, credit or extension of service.

Nothing in these terms limits any refund or cancellation rights required by applicable law.

You may cancel a recurring Earth Resonance membership or partnership through the subscription management options provided with your account or by contacting Earth Resonance directly.

Cancellation must be submitted before your next billing date to prevent the next recurring charge.

Cancellation stops future renewal. It does not automatically refund payments that have already been processed.
